Juvaro Help Centre

Browsing the Marketplace and adding a connector

Search and filter the connectors, read a connector's details, and add one.

Who can do thisWorkspace Administrator

The Marketplace lists every connector the Hub offers, with the line "Connect an external system to your Juvaro apps." Everyone can browse it and read a connector's details. Only a Workspace Administrator can add one.

Note

The Integration Hub is in English only. Its buttons, fields and messages are quoted in English in these articles, in the Danish articles too, exactly as you see them in the app.

Find a connector

Open Marketplace in the left rail. Three controls narrow the grid:

  • Search connectors: type part of a name.
  • The app filter on the right: All apps, Any app, AMS, HCM, Helpdesk or Flexshop. Any app picks the connectors that are not tied to one app, such as Generic REST / JSON. There is no CRM or Identity option; to find the single sign-on cards, use the category pills instead.
  • The category pills: All plus one pill per category, such as Device management, Identity & directory, Service management and Purchasing.

The count above the grid tells you how many match, for example "11 connectors". If nothing matches, you see No connectors match and "Try a different search term, category, or target app."

Read a card

Each card shows the connector's name and glyph, a status in the top corner, the category and platform (for example "Device management · Jamf Pro API"), a one-line description and the apps it works with under Works with.

Coming soonNot available yet. The card is dimmed and says when it is expected, for example "Coming Q2 2027".None

Microsoft Entra ID (SSO) and Directory provisioning (SCIM) are different: they are set up in the Workspace portal, so their cards show Configure ↗, which opens the portal's single sign-on page in a new tab. See Single sign-on and directory sync cards.

Open a connector's details

Click anywhere on a card to open its details. The dialog shows:

  • Works with: the Juvaro apps the connector feeds.
  • What it does: a short description.
  • Data flow: what goes in (Data in) and what comes out (Data out).
  • Technical details: the Operation, the Direction (Inbound, Outbound, Bidirectional or Federation) and the API it talks to.
  • For a coming-soon connector, Estimated availability with the expected quarter.
  • For the identity cards, a Status line such as "Not configured yet".

The footer has Close and, for an available connector, the same Add button as on the card.

Add a connector

  1. Click Add (or Add another) on the card or in the details dialog.
  2. The right editor opens as a full-screen sheet:
  3. Fill in the form and click Save. You land on Connections, where the new connection is listed.

A workspace can have up to 50 connections. Past that, saving fails with "definition limit reached".

What members see

A member who is not a Workspace Administrator sees the same grid and the same details, but never an Add button. In its place the card says "Set up by a workspace administrator." In the details dialog of the identity cards, the Status line stays on "Checking status…" for a member, because the status is only shown to administrators. See What members see in the Hub.

Tip

Just been made an administrator and still see "Set up by a workspace administrator."? A role change can take up to 5 minutes to reach the Hub.
