Connection, run and credential statuses

Every status the Hub shows, what it means and what to do about it.

This is every status the Hub shows, what it means and what to do about it. Statuses appear as a coloured dot with a word: green for good, amber for soon, red for a problem, grey for neutral.

Note

The Integration Hub is in English only, so its labels are quoted in English in the Danish articles too.

Connection statuses

Shown in the Status column on the Connections page, as a chip on the connection's page, and on the source cards of the Overview map.

StatusMeaningWhat to do
Enabled (green)The connection is switched on. If it has a schedule, it runs on it.Nothing.
Disabled (grey)Switched off by a person: saved with Enabled off, or paused with Pause. No scheduled runs. Every new connection starts here.Resume on the connection's page, or switch Enabled on in the editor.
Paused (red)Paused by the Hub after 3 consecutive scheduled failures. A reason follows, for example "Auto-paused after 3 consecutive failed runs - last error: …". A shared mailbox is never auto-paused.Fix the cause in the error, then Resume. That clears the pause and the failure streak.
Not charged (grey)A platform row that Juvaro runs for you, such as user provisioning. It runs on Juvaro's schedule and costs no credits.Nothing. It is managed in the Workspace portal.

The difference between Disabled and Paused matters: Disabled is a choice, Paused is a symptom. See A connection's page: figures, Pause and Resume.

Run statuses

Shown in the run history and under Last run. The Hub shows them in lower case.

StatusMeaning
pending (amber)The run is queued and waiting to start, for example right after Run now showed Run queued.
running (blue)The run is in progress.
succeeded (green)The run finished. Records shows how many records it handled.
failed (red)The run ended with an error. The Error column has the reason; click a long one to read it all.
  • Right after Run now, the Connections row briefly shows Running… while it waits for the result.
  • The Trigger column says how the run started: Schedule, Manual or Webhook.
  • The Health column on the Connections page shows up to 8 ticks, one per recent run coloured by its result, and the success rate. A dash means no runs yet.
  • Success 30d on the connection's page adds "N retries · N dead-lettered". A delivery is tried up to 10 times with increasing waits; one that still fails is dead-lettered.

Credential statuses

Shown on the Credentials page and in the Credential card on the connection's page.

StatusMeaningWhat to do
Active (green)More than 30 days to the recorded expiry date, or no date recorded.Record an expiry date if you have not.
Expires in N days (amber)30 days or less to the recorded expiry date.Create a new secret and rotate.
Expired (red)The recorded expiry date has passed.Rotate now; the connection is likely failing.
No secret (grey)The connection uses no secret, for example a public REST source.Nothing.

In place of Rotate, some rows say operator-managed (a secret you named yourself) or Managed by Juvaro (a platform credential). See Credentials: expiry dates and rotation.

Usage statuses

  • Truncated (amber): a fetch reached the 5 MB cap, so some data was not read in that run.
  • Not charged (grey): work Juvaro runs for you. Its credits column shows a dash.

See Usage and credits.

Alerts

  • FIRING (red badge): the alert rule's condition holds right now. It clears by itself when the problem is fixed.
  • Needs attention (N): the red strip on the Connections page, with N firing alerts.

See Alert rules and Needs attention.
