Workspace
The portal, the Launch Pad and workspace administration
Getting started
What the portal is, signing in, choosing a workspace, the Launch Pad and asking for access to an app.
- What is the Juvaro portal? One sign-in for every Juvaro app: the Launch Pad for everyone, and workspace administration for Tenant Admins.
- Signing in for the first timeYour work email, the temporary password from your invitation, and choosing your own password.
- Choosing and switching workspacesThe workspace picker you see when you belong to more than one workspace, and how to switch later.
- The Launch PadUpdatedYour applications, the apps your workspace has bought, and the Coming soon list, with search.
- Requesting access to an applicationAsk your administrator for a seat, and what an administrator's own "Get a seat" does and does not do.
For every user
Your profile, language, date and time, notifications, password and two-factor, your data, and reporting a problem.
- Your profileProfile details, Access & licenses, Groups & teams and Recent activity on My profile.
- Choosing your languageThe Language card on My profile sets the language of every Juvaro app, on every device.
- Date and time formatsChoose how dates and times are written in every app, or follow your device.
- Email notifications per productUpdatedThe Asset Management and Helpdesk notification cards on My profile, and their defaults.
- Account & securityChange your password, turn on two-factor authentication, and sign out of other sessions.
- Privacy and your dataDownload a copy of your data, or leave a workspace.
- Leaving a groupLeave a group from My profile, and why some groups show a lock instead.
- Reporting a problemSend a problem report with a screenshot straight to the Juvaro team.
- Session expired and signing outWhy you are sometimes asked to sign in again, and how to sign out.
Users and access
For Tenant Admins: the Overview, inviting people, seats and roles per app, platform roles, groups and access requests.
- Workspace administration at a glanceThe Overview page: KPI tiles, Needs attention, Recent activity and Security posture.
- Inviting a userAdd user, resend an invite, reset a password, and add an account that already exists in another workspace.
- Giving app access: a seat and a roleUpdatedOn a person's Access tab, every app needs both a seat and a role. A seat without a role grants nothing.
- Platform rolesMember, Tenant Admin and Billing contact, the Roles & permissions page, and the labels used for the admin role.
- Deactivating, reactivating and removing a userTake access away for a while or for good, find people with filters, and export a person's data.
- GroupsCreate a group, add members, link a platform role and app access, and archive or restore it.
- Approving or denying access requestsApprove gives a seat only: afterwards you still pick the person's role on their Access tab.
Subscriptions, security and settings
For Tenant Admins: subscriptions, billing, single sign-on, directory sync, mail, settings, activity, API keys and data residency.
