Opening the Hub and finding your way
The top bar, the five pages in the left rail, the account menu and switching workspace.
Open the Hub from the Integration Hub tile on the Launch Pad. Everyone in the workspace has the tile, so everyone can open the Hub and look around; only Workspace Administrators see the buttons that change things. The Hub always opens on the Overview page.
The Integration Hub is in English only. Its buttons, fields and messages are quoted in English in these articles, in the Danish articles too, exactly as you see them in the app.
The top bar
On the left of the top bar you see the plum Hub glyph, the name Juvaro Hub and the name of the workspace you are working in. On the right is your account pill: your name, your avatar and a small arrow. Click it to open the account menu.
| Menu item | What it does |
|---|---|
| My profile | Opens your profile in the Workspace portal. See Your profile. |
| Account settings | Opens the Account & security page in the Workspace portal. See Account & security. |
| Switch workspace | Takes you back to the workspace picker. Only shown when you belong to more than one workspace. |
| Sign out | Signs you out (shown in red). |
My profile and Account settings are shown when the Hub knows the Workspace portal's address. If they are missing, open the portal from the Launch Pad. The Hub has no search box, no notification bell and no help link in the top bar.
If you belong to several workspaces and none is chosen yet, the Hub shows the workspace picker first. Its text reminds you that you can switch any time from the Account menu in the header. See Choosing and switching workspaces.
The left rail
The rail is one short list of five pages:
- Overview: a flow map of what moves in and out of the workspace. See Reading the Overview flow map.
- Marketplace: every connector you can add. See Browsing the Marketplace and adding a connector.
- Connections: the connections you already have, with health and run history.
- Credentials: every secret your connections use and when it expires. See Credentials: expiry dates and rotation.
- Usage: runs, data and credits this month. See Usage and credits.
Use Collapse navigation at the bottom of the rail to make it narrow, and Expand navigation to open it again.
A tour of the Connections page
Connections is where you spend most of your time. The header says "Everything moving in and out of this workspace - connector integrations and webhooks." A Workspace Administrator also sees New connection, which takes you to the Marketplace.
Needs attention
When an alert rule is firing, a red strip Needs attention (N) appears at the top. Each line has a button: Fix credential when a credential is about to expire, otherwise View, which opens the connection. When nothing is firing, the strip is not shown at all. See Alert rules and Needs attention.
The four figures
- Connections: how many you have, with "N enabled" underneath.
- Runs this month.
- Records processed this month.
- Credits used, out of 10,000.
Search, views and groups
Type in Search connections to filter by name. The view pills All, Inbound, Two-way, Outbound and Platform narrow the list by direction. In the All view the table is split into groups: "Inbound - into Juvaro", "Two-way - in and out", "Outbound (out of Juvaro)" and "Platform - run by Juvaro", each with a count.
The columns are Connection, Flow, Trigger, Health (up to 8 ticks for the latest runs plus a success percentage), Status and Last run. Click a connection's name to open its page. See A connection's page: figures, Pause and Resume.
Row actions
- Run now queues a run straight away (toast "Run queued"). See Schedules and Run now.
- Runs opens the run history under the table; Hide runs closes it.
- Edit opens the connection's editor.
- Delete removes it after a confirmation. See Deleting a connection.
Members see the list without the write buttons. Platform rows are run by Juvaro: they say "Runs on Juvaro's schedule", show the status Not charged and have no actions. Pause and Resume are not on the list; they are on the connection's own page.
If the list is empty, you see No connections yet; if your search matches nothing, No connections match.
When your session runs out
If your sign-in expires while the Hub is open, a dialog counts down 10 seconds and then sends you to sign in again. See Session expired and signing out.
