October 2026 release
17 to 18 October: products bought before
The Webmercs connection has a new switch, Offer products bought before, off by default. When it is on, Flexshop can also offer products the customer has bought from the webshop in the last 24 months, at the price last paid. See Webmercs catalogue campaign and products bought before.
13 October: catalogue campaign
The Webmercs connection can now point at a Catalogue campaign. Load campaigns fetches the account's active campaigns, the choice is checked against them when you save, and Test connection reports the campaign and its number of products. See Webmercs catalogue campaign and products bought before.
13 October: check a mailbox every minute
A shared mailbox can now be checked every 1, 2 or 5 minutes, and a check that finds no new mail pays no run fee. See How often a mailbox is checked and Usage and credits.
11 to 12 October: only Workspace Administrators change connections
Only a Workspace Administrator can add, change, run, pause or delete connections, the Webmercs connection included. Application Administrators in other apps no longer have rights in the Hub. Everyone else sees the Hub read-only, with a line that explains why. See What members see in the Hub.
11 October: order user and a test before enabling
The Webmercs connection needs an Order user, the Webmercs user every order is placed under. A connection can only be saved enabled when the connection test passes. See Connecting your vendor's Webmercs shop.
10 October: never enabled by default
A new vendor connection is always saved disabled until you switch it on, and Test connection is limited to 10 tests per minute per workspace.
10 October: Webmercs vendor connection
The Webmercs connector arrived: a Marketplace card, its own form, its own page, the group "Outbound (out of Juvaro)" on the Connections page and the trigger On approval. It places fully approved Flexshop requests as orders at your vendor. See Connecting your vendor's Webmercs shop.
August 2026 release
28 August: alerts, Pause and Resume, connection pages
Each connection got its own page, with figures, cards and run history. Alert rules and the Needs attention strip arrived, and so did Pause and Resume. The redesigned Hub went live. See A connection's page: figures, Pause and Resume and Alert rules and Needs attention.
27 August: Credentials page and Overview map
New Credentials page, the Overview flow map, the Platform group on the Connections page, health ticks for recent runs, and N connected on Marketplace cards. See Credentials: expiry dates and rotation and Reading the Overview flow map.
25 to 26 August: new look
The Hub got its plum accent colour and its own icon, a workspace choice when you belong to more than one, and connections grouped by direction. See Opening the Hub and finding your way.
19 August: your date format
Dates in the Hub follow the date and time format each person has chosen in their profile in the Workspace portal. See Date and time formats.
