Reading the Overview flow map
What flows into and out of your workspace, drawn as a map with the Hub in the middle.
The Overview page is the first thing you see when you open the Hub. It draws every connection in the workspace as one map: the outside systems on the left, the Hub in the middle and your Juvaro apps on the right. Everyone can read it, members included. The map is for reading only; you act on a connection from Connections.
The Integration Hub is in English only. Its buttons, fields and messages are quoted in English in these articles, in the Danish articles too, exactly as you see them in the app.
The page at a glance
The header reads Overview with the period Last 30 days and the line "What flows in and out of this workspace, and where it lands." Below it is the map, and under the map a legend.
Left: the outside systems
Each card on the left is an outside system that one or more connections talk to. The card shows the system's name and a short description, for example:
- Microsoft 365, "Shared mailbox" (also Google Workspace or IMAP / SMTP, depending on the mailbox provider).
- Microsoft Intune or Jamf Pro, "Device management".
- Webmercs, with your vendor shop's host name.
- Generic REST / JSON, with the endpoint's host name.
- Microsoft Entra ID, "Identity - SSO and directory", for the user provisioning Juvaro runs for you.
The status on the card sums up its connections: "N connections" in green when all of them are enabled, "Disabled" when every one is switched off, and "N of N paused" in red when some have stopped. A paused or disabled connection is worth a look on Connections.
Middle: the Hub
The plum circle in the middle is Juvaro Hub. Under the name it counts your connections and the runs in the last 30 days, for example "4 connections · 1,260 runs".
Right: your Juvaro apps
Each card on the right is a Juvaro app that receives or sends data, with a two-letter tile:
| Tile | App | Description on the card |
|---|---|---|
| HD | Helpdesk | Receives tickets from mail |
| AM | Asset Management | Devices in - assignments out |
| HR | HR Management | People from the directory |
| CR | CRM | Customers in |
| FS | Flexshop | Approved orders out to the vendor |
Only apps that actually have a flow are drawn. Each column shows up to 6 cards; the rest are summed up as +N more.
Lines, labels and the legend
Curved lines join each card to the Hub. The small pill on a line counts what moved in the last 30 days, for example how many tickets reached Helpdesk. The legend under the map explains the three kinds of line:
- Into Juvaro: data coming in, such as mail becoming tickets or devices becoming assets.
- Out of Juvaro: data going out, such as approved Flexshop orders sent to Webmercs.
- Platform sync - not charged: syncs Juvaro runs itself, such as user provisioning. They cost you no credits.
A system that syncs both ways, such as a two-way Intune connection, gets two lines: one coming in and a return line going back.
When the map is empty
A new workspace with no connections shows No flows yet and "Add a connector from the Marketplace to map an external source into a Juvaro module." A Workspace Administrator starts in Browsing the Marketplace and adding a connector.
The Overview counts the last 30 days, while Usage and the figures on Connections count the current month. The numbers will not always match, and that is expected.
