Getting started
What HCM is, how to sign in and find your way, your role, and the one setup step every new workspace needs.
- What is HR Management (HCM)?HCM keeps your people, your org chart, leave and employee documents in one place, and this article shows who uses which page.
- Signing in and choosing a workspaceHow you get into HCM from the Launcher, and what the workspace picker means.
- Finding your way aroundThe top bar, the left rail with its six pages, and the profile menu.
- Your role in HCMEmployee, HR Manager or HR Administrator: what each role sees, and why one role has three names.
- Date formats and languageHCM is English only, and some dates follow your Juvaro profile while leave dates are always year-month-day.
- Set up leave approval firstNewA new workspace has no leave types and no approval rules, so nobody can request leave until an HR administrator sets them up.
