Connector catalogue

Every connector, what it works with, which way the data flows, and which are coming soon.

This is the full list of connectors in the Marketplace, what each one works with, which way the data flows and whether you can use it today. To browse them in the app, open Marketplace; see Browsing the Marketplace and adding a connector.

Note

The Integration Hub is in English only, so its labels are quoted in English in the Danish articles too.

Directions

  • Inbound: data comes into Juvaro. On the Connections page these sit under "Inbound - into Juvaro".
  • Two-way: Intune and Jamf Pro connections set to "Two-way (also push the AMS asset tag back)" also write to the device system. They sit under "Two-way - in and out".
  • Outbound: data leaves Juvaro. Only Webmercs, under "Outbound (out of Juvaro)".
  • Federation: sign-in is handed to another system. Only Entra ID single sign-on.

A shared mailbox counts as inbound even though its replies are sent back out through the same mailbox.

Good to know

  • Only one Webmercs connection can be enabled at a time. You can add several connections of the other kinds, up to 50 connections per workspace in total.
  • The Marketplace app filter offers All apps, Any app, AMS, HCM, Helpdesk and Flexshop. There is no filter for CRM or identity; use the category pill Identity & directory for those.
  • Webmercs only sends orders. Importing orders from Webmercs into Juvaro is not available.
  • Connectors start on a schedule, by Run now or by a webhook. There are no event triggers. See Schedules and Run now.
