What members see in the Hub
Everyone can open the Hub and read it; only Workspace Administrators can add, change, run or delete.
Everyone in the workspace can open the Integration Hub and look around. Only a Workspace Administrator can add, change, run or delete anything. This article describes what everyone else, a member, sees, and how to get more rights if you need them.
The Integration Hub is in English only, so its labels are quoted in English in the Danish articles too.
Opening the Hub
The Hub is on everyone's Launch Pad as Integration Hub, marked Included with the platform. It needs no seat and no app role, so nobody has to give you access before you can open it. Inside, the app calls itself Juvaro Hub.
Who is a Workspace Administrator?
In the Hub, a Workspace Administrator is a person with the platform role Tenant Admin in the Workspace portal. It is the same role that runs Users & access, Subscriptions and the rest of the portal. Nothing else counts:
- Application Administrator in Helpdesk, HCM or Flexshop gives no rights in the Hub.
- The Hub has no roles of its own and no role editor.
What a member sees
Under the header of the Connections, Marketplace and Credentials pages, and on each connection's page, a member sees one line: "You can view connections. Only a workspace administrator can add, change, run or delete them."
| Page | A member can | Hidden from a member |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | Read the whole flow map. | Nothing on the page itself. |
| Marketplace | Search, filter and open every connector's details. | Add and Add another. The card says "Set up by a workspace administrator." instead. |
| Connections | See every connection, the figures, the Needs attention strip, and each run history with Runs. | New connection, Run now, Edit and Delete. |
| A connection's page | Read the figures, the cards, the alert rules and the run history. | Run now, Pause, Resume, Edit, Edit mapping, Rotate, the alert chips and buttons, and the webhook buttons. |
| Credentials | See how each connection signs in and when the credential expires. | Set expiry, Edit and Rotate. |
| Usage | Read the whole page. | Nothing; the page has no buttons. |
If a member opens a link to a connection's editor, the editor opens empty with the same read-only line and a way to close it.
Things a member may notice
- The Webmercs connection is missing. A member never sees the Webmercs vendor connection: not on the Connections page, not on the Credentials page and not in the counts. It holds the shop address and the API user that place real orders, so only administrators see it. The connection still works for Flexshop.
- "Checking status…" stays on screen. In the Marketplace details of Microsoft Entra ID (SSO) and Directory provisioning (SCIM), the Status row keeps showing "Checking status…", because the status is only shown to administrators. See Single sign-on and directory sync cards.
- Configure ↗ leads to a refusal. The identity cards show Configure ↗ to everyone, but the portal page it opens is for Tenant Admins only.
If you try to change something
The buttons are hidden, so normally nothing happens. If you still reach a change, for example through an old link or because your role was taken away while the page was open, the Hub refuses with:
"403 - Only a workspace administrator can change connections. Ask an administrator of this workspace."
For the Webmercs connection the text is "Only a workspace administrator can view or change the vendor connection." After a refusal, the page stops offering the buttons until you reload it.
How to get administrator rights
Ask a Tenant Admin in your workspace. They change your platform role in the Workspace portal:
- In the Workspace portal, open Users & access and open your name.
- On the Access tab, set Platform role to Tenant Admin.
- Click Save access.
See Platform roles for what the role includes. It makes you an administrator of the whole workspace, not just the Hub, so many workspaces keep it to a few people.
A role change can take up to 5 minutes to reach the Hub. If the buttons have not appeared yet, wait a few minutes and reload the page.
