Integration Hub
Connectors, schedules and webhooks to outside systems
Getting started
What the Hub is, who may change what, finding your way around, and reading the Overview flow map.
- What is the Integration Hub?The Hub connects outside systems to your Juvaro apps. It is included with the platform, and only Workspace Administrators can change it.
- Opening the Hub and finding your wayThe top bar, the five pages in the left rail, the account menu and switching workspace.
- Reading the Overview flow mapWhat flows into and out of your workspace, drawn as a map with the Hub in the middle.
Connecting systems
For Workspace Administrators: the Marketplace, shared mailboxes for Helpdesk, Webmercs for Flexshop, device management and REST.
- Browsing the Marketplace and adding a connectorSearch and filter the connectors, read a connector's details, and add one.
- Shared mailbox for Helpdesk: Microsoft 365Turn mail sent to a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox into Helpdesk tickets, with an Entra app registration.
- Shared mailbox for Helpdesk: Google WorkspaceConnect a Google Workspace mailbox with a service account and domain-wide delegation.
- Shared mailbox for Helpdesk: IMAP / SMTPConnect any mail server: IMAP receives the mail, SMTP sends the replies.
- How often a mailbox is checkedUpdatedCheck a mailbox as often as every minute, and set the lookback window that is also your outage budget.
- Connecting your vendor's Webmercs shopUpdatedThe vendor connection that places approved Flexshop orders: address, API user, order user, test and enable.
- Webmercs catalogue campaign and products bought beforeNewChoose the campaign that holds your agreed assortment, and decide whether Flexshop may offer products bought before.
- Device management: Microsoft Intune and Jamf ProImport devices into Asset Management, with fallback models, device routing and assigned-user sync.
- Generic REST / JSON connectorPull records from any REST endpoint, map the fields and check them against a sample.
Running connections
Schedules, the connection page, Pause and Resume, alerts, webhooks, credentials, usage and deleting.
- Schedules and Run nowHow often a connection runs, why every time is in UTC, and running one on demand.
- A connection's page: figures, Pause and ResumeRead a connection's figures and run history, pause and resume it, and tell Disabled from Paused.
- Alert rules and Needs attentionAdd in-app alert rules to a connection, and act on the Needs attention strip.
- Webhook triggersLet an outside system start a run by calling a URL, and rotate or disable the secret.
- Credentials: expiry dates and rotationSee every credential your connections use, record when it expires, and rotate it before it does.
- Usage and creditsUpdatedRuns, data and credits this month, how credits are counted, and what happens at the allowance.
- Single sign-on and directory sync cardsEntra ID and SCIM appear in the Hub, but they are configured in the Workspace portal.
- Deleting a connectionWhat deleting a mailbox, generic or vendor connection removes, and what it leaves alone.
