What is the Integration Hub?

The Hub connects outside systems to your Juvaro apps. It is included with the platform, and only Workspace Administrators can change it.

The Integration Hub connects outside systems to your Juvaro apps. Mail sent to a shared mailbox becomes Helpdesk tickets, devices from Microsoft Intune or Jamf Pro land in Asset Management, and approved Flexshop requests go to your vendor's Webmercs shop as orders. Inside the app the product is called Juvaro Hub; on the Launch Pad and in the product catalogue it is called Integration Hub.

Note

The Integration Hub is in English only. Its buttons, fields and messages are quoted in English in these articles, in the Danish articles too, exactly as you see them in the app.

Included with the platform

You do not buy the Hub separately. Its tile on the Launch Pad says "Included with the platform", and it appears for everyone in the workspace. Anyone can open it without a seat or an app role. What they can do once inside depends on one thing only: whether they are a Workspace Administrator.

What you can connect

ConnectorWorks withWhat it does
Shared mailboxHelpdeskTurns mail sent to a Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or IMAP / SMTP mailbox into tickets.
WebmercsFlexshopPlaces fully approved Flexshop requests as orders at your vendor's Webmercs shop.
Microsoft Intune and Jamf ProAMSImports managed devices as assets.
Generic REST / JSONAny appPulls records from a REST endpoint and maps them to assets or items.
Microsoft Entra ID (SSO) and Directory provisioning (SCIM)Identity & loginShown in the Hub, but set up in the Workspace portal.

CSV / file import, Google Workspace, Jira Service Management and Zendesk are listed as Coming soon. See Connector catalogue for the full list.

Who may change what

The Hub has one rule: only a Workspace Administrator can change anything. That covers adding, editing, running, pausing, deleting and testing a connection.

  • Workspace Administrator is the role the Workspace portal calls Tenant Admin: the platform administrator of your workspace. Signe Mortensen, your Tenant Admin, is a Workspace Administrator in the Hub.
  • Product administrator roles do not count here. An Application Administrator in Helpdesk, HCM or Flexshop gets no extra rights in the Hub, not even for the Webmercs connection that Flexshop uses.
  • If someone without the role tries a change, the Hub answers "403 - Only a workspace administrator can change connections. Ask an administrator of this workspace."

Everyone else is a member with a read-only view. Members can read the Overview, the Marketplace, Connections, each connection's page and run history, alerts, Credentials and Usage. Under each page header they see "You can view connections. Only a workspace administrator can add, change, run or delete them." Members never see the Webmercs vendor connection, because it holds the shop address and the API user. See What members see in the Hub.

The Hub has no role editor of its own. To make someone a Workspace Administrator, a Tenant Admin changes their platform role in the Workspace portal under Users & access. See Platform roles.

Tip

A role change can take up to 5 minutes to reach the Hub. If Kasper Vinther has just been made an administrator and still sees the read-only line, wait a few minutes before you troubleshoot.

Good to know before you start

  • Every schedule time in the Hub is UTC, not local time.
  • Only the Webmercs connection has a Test connection button. Mail, REST, Intune and Jamf connections are checked by running them.
  • Dates follow the date format you chose in the Workspace portal. See Date and time formats.
  • Runs cost credits: 1 credit per run plus 5 per MB, with 10,000 credits per workspace per month. See Usage and credits.
