Profile and language

Your profile menu, your language, and keyboard shortcuts that save time.

Click your name at the top right. The menu shows your name, email, role and workspace, and offers My profile and Account settings (both open the Juvaro Portal), Switch workspace when you have more than one, and Log out.

Language (English, Danish, Swedish or German) and your date and time format are chosen once in your Juvaro Portal profile, and every Juvaro product follows them. Your language also decides the closing line of the sign-off in your reply mails, for example "Med venlig hilsen", and the wording of the link back to the ticket, for example "Se sagen online". Turn on Helpdesk mail in the same profile to get approval requests and reminders by email.

Keyboard

Cmd K (Mac) or Ctrl K opens the search from any page.
Escape closes dialogs, pickers, menus, the notification list, the timer panel and image previews.
In a table in the editor, Tab moves to the next cell and adds a row at the end.
In selection windows, the arrow keys move, Enter selects and Escape cancels.
In time fields, Enter saves.
