You are notified when:
- a customer replies on your ticket (with no assignee, the account team is told; with no team, every active technician);
- something happens on a customer you follow, if you are on its account team and chose this in your Juvaro Portal profile under My profile (new tickets, status changes, SLA warnings and breaches, optionally by email);
- an automation rule nudges you;
- a time entry needs your confirmation;
- a time entry or a ticket move waits for your approval, and again each working day while it still waits (tagged "Approval reminder"). These items read "Resolved" once the request is decided;
- a timer you paused was saved automatically after 12 hours;
- you own a plan that missed occurrences (a daily digest).
You are never notified about your own actions. There is no "follow this ticket" button.
