Sign inUse a different address
- Only email addresses your support team has registered can sign in. For your privacy, the page gives the same answer either way. If no code arrives, ask your support team to check they have your address.
- A code works once, for 10 minutes. If it fails you see "That code did not work. Ask for a new one and try again."
- Wrong guesses and new codes are limited. If you have asked many times, wait ten minutes.
- Typed the wrong address? Press Use a different address.
- You stay signed in on that browser for up to 7 days. On a shared computer, press Sign out at the top right when you are done.
The home page
The bar at the top has Home, New request, Knowledge and Your requests, your name, and Sign out. Your support team decides what the home page shows. It can include:
- How can we help? with a search box and the buttons Raise a request and Browse guides. Typing in the search box lists matching services and guides, and it searches the text inside guides too. Clear takes you back.
- Get help: tiles for the kinds of request you can raise.
- Your recent requests: your four newest requests and their status.
- Guides by topic: guide topics and how many guides each has.
- An announcement, for example about a known problem.
