Find your way around
Sign in, learn the side menu and top bar, search from any page and set up your Dashboard.
- Open the Helpdesk address your company gave you.
- Click Sign in and sign in on the Juvaro sign-in page.
- If you belong to more than one workspace, pick one under Choose a workspace. You can change it later with Switch workspace in the profile menu.
"No Helpdesk access in this workspace" means you have no Helpdesk role yet. Signing in again will not help. Ask a tenant administrator, and allow up to 5 minutes after they grant it.
The side menu
Items you have no access to are not shown.

The top bar
From left to right: the breadcrumb that shows where you are, the search box, the running timer chip (only while you have timers running), the Notifications bell, New ticket (opens the new ticket form from any page) and your name, which opens the profile menu.
Search from any page
Click the search box in the top bar, or press Cmd K on a Mac or Ctrl K elsewhere. One search covers tickets, customers, contacts and knowledge articles.
- Tickets: a number works on its own, so "148" finds HD-2026-00148. Exact numbers come first, then numbers starting with what you typed, then subject matches, newest first.
- Customers by name, CVR or email domain. Closed, cancelled or merged customers come after the live ones and are marked.
- Contacts by name or email.
- Articles by title, text or category.
Each kind shows its best five matches and the total. Use the arrow keys and Enter to open a hit, and Escape to close. A hit opens the ticket, the customer, the contact on its customer page or the article. The browser's Back button returns you to where you started. You only find what the matching list would show you: never a ticket in the bin, never an archived or erased contact.
While you type in a rich text editor or have a dialog open, the shortcut is left to that editor or dialog.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard is the page you land on. It greets you and shows widgets: Open tickets, Unassigned, Solved, Approved, Total tickets, Avg. resolution, Tickets by status, By priority, By consultant, By category, Recent tickets, Created (14 days), Solved (14 days), Lifecycles past target and Lifecycles in flight.
- Click Customize.
- Use Move up and Move down to reorder, and Remove to take a widget away.
- Under Add widget, click a widget to add it.
- Click Save, or Cancel to drop the changes.
The layout is yours alone. Viewers can customize theirs too.
