Mail and conversation
- The ticket link in a reply follows your language. A Danish technician's reply ends with "Se sagen online", and German and Swedish have their own wording. Replies sent by automation rules keep "View this ticket online". What your customer sees in a reply
- Tables in every rich editor. A Table button, a second toolbar row for rows and columns, paste from Word and Excel, borders in Outlook and Gmail. Tables in the editor
- Reply mails set the earlier message apart. Only the customer's latest words are quoted, under a divider labelled "Earlier in this ticket". What your customer sees in a reply
- CC on tickets. Copy contacts or typed addresses on a ticket; replies go as one mail with Cc. The customer's own Cc is picked up automatically, and the automation action Copy people on the ticket (CC) is new. Copy people on a ticket (CC)
- Create a ticket without adding a contact from Unmatched email. Handle Unmatched email
- Edit internal notes. The author and administrators can edit a note; it shows "Edited". Reply or write an internal note
- Your name on your replies, and an automatic sign-off in the reply mail. What your customer sees in a reply
- The Original request card stays above the conversation and says who raised the ticket. Reply or write an internal note
Working tickets
- Corrected Danish names. The Danish screens now read Godkend sagen, Sagsstatusser and Sagskategorier, and the ticket pop-up has separate Flow and Aktivitet sections. Work a ticket
- A leaner ticket pop-up. The pop-up keeps to what you need; links, sub-tickets and articles are on the full page. Work a ticket
- Click the subject to rename a ticket. Replies still thread. Work a ticket
- Search from the top bar with Cmd K or Ctrl K: tickets, customers, contacts and articles. Find your way around
Time and approvals
- Register 0:00 invoiced time. With actual time switched on, work the customer is not billed for can be registered at 0:00, as long as at least 0:15 is recorded as actually used. A 0:00 chip sits next to 15m, 30m and 1h. Register time
- Time rounds up to the quarter hour, and timers can be paused. A timer paused for 12 hours is saved for you. Register time
- One approval reminder per waiting request, which opens the ticket at the right place, plus a daily summary mail. Approve a ticket or a move
- Approvers are told at once, in the bell and by email. Approve a ticket or a move
- Time approval rules can be edited in place. Time approvals
- Prepaid blocks are written off 14 days after expiry. Prepaid hours
- Several timers at once, visible on every page and in the browser tab title. Register time
Setting up
- Adding a plan confirms it with "Plan saved". Recurring plans and the Planner
- Conditional portal questions, set from the desk. Request forms
- SLA policies show their order and can be reordered. SLA targets
- Approver roles are named Application Administrator and User; a single administrator may grant Billing to themselves; an internal desk can choose Your company. Access and roles, Service desk mode
- Recurring plans create their tickets by default. Recurring plans and the Planner
