Billing

The contract breakdown, billing details and payment method, and what is coming.

Who can do thisTenant AdminBilling contact

The CommercialBilling page shows what your workspace's contract is worth, the details Juvaro puts on your invoices, and how you pay. The header reads "Your contract, invoices and billing details for Your Company." Some parts of the page are not available yet; this article says which.

A Tenant Admin can always open Billing. A Billing contact can also read and edit it. The Billing contact role cannot be picked on a person's Access tab today (it shows as "coming soon"), but it can be given through a group's linked access.

The four figures at the top

TileWhat it shows
Annual contractThe yearly value of all your applications ("incl. all apps").
Billed monthlyWhat one month comes to ("invoiced monthly").

Plan termThe term of your plan.

Contract breakdown

The Contract breakdown table has one line per subscribed application: Application, Plan · seats (for example "Standard · 5 seats"), Rate, E-invoice (EAN) and Annual. The bar under it shows the Total annual contract. Amounts are written in Danish number style.

With no subscriptions the table says No active subscription lines and suggests adding an application. See Subscriptions.

Invoices

The Invoices table has the columns Period, Description, Amount and Status. For now it reads No invoices yet with "Invoicing begins after go-live." Invoices will appear here when invoicing is available.

Edit billing details

The Billing details card on the right shows what Juvaro uses on your invoices.

  1. Click Edit on the card. The dialog Edit billing details opens ("Used on invoices for Your Company.").
  2. Fill in what applies:
    • Billing email, for example billing@your-company.example.
    • VAT number and PO reference.
    • Billing address (placeholder "Street, City, Postal code").
    • Default currency: DKK, EUR, SEK, NOK, GBP or USD. Choose Other… to type a Custom currency code.
  3. Click Save details. The toast says "Billing details updated."

Payment terms is shown in the dialog as NET 30, marked Set by Juvaro · view only. You cannot change it. The dialog also notes that e-invoice (EAN) routing is set per application, in the Contract breakdown.

Note

Two checks can refuse the save, shown in English: "Billing email must contain '@'." and "Default currency must be exactly 3 letters (e.g. DKK)."

Payment method

Click Update payment method at the top right. The dialog Payment method offers two options:

  • Apply for invoicing, badge Active: monthly invoices on NET 30 terms, subject to a quick credit check. This is how every workspace pays today.
  • Pay by card, badge Coming soon: card payment through a secure partner, where no card details are entered or stored in Juvaro.

Under the options sits a Continue to secure checkout panel. Its Continue button is disabled, because card payment is not available yet. Close the dialog with Close.

Where the figures come from

The contract figures follow your subscriptions and seats. Add or cancel an application on Subscriptions and the breakdown follows. Changes to billing details are recorded in the activity log under the event type Billing. See Activity log and CSV export.
