What is the Juvaro portal?

One sign-in for every Juvaro app: the Launch Pad for everyone, and workspace administration for Tenant Admins.

The Juvaro portal is the one place where you sign in and reach every Juvaro app your workspace uses. It has two sides: a light front door that everyone uses, and a set of dark administration pages that only Tenant Admins can work in.

The front door: for everyone

After you sign in you land on the Launch Pad, titled Juvaro Portal with the line "All your tools · one place". The front door has a light, parchment-coloured look and is made of three pages:

  • The Launch Pad shows the apps you can open, the apps your workspace has bought that you have no seat in yet, and the products in the Coming soon list. Click a tile to open an app in a new tab. See The Launch Pad.
  • My profile holds your details, your app access, your groups, and the cards for language, date and time formats and email notifications. See Your profile.
  • Account & security is where you change your password, set up two-factor authentication, sign out of other sessions and download your data. See Account & security.

You reach the other pages from the account menu at the top right of the Launch Pad (your initials and first name). It has My profile, Account & security, Help & support, Switch workspace (only when you belong to more than one workspace) and Sign out. Help & support opens a new email to support@juvaro.dk in your mail program.

The portal speaks English, Danish, Swedish and German. You choose your language once on My profile, and every Juvaro app follows it. A few screens are still in English only; Choosing your language lists them.

The administration pages: for Tenant Admins

If you are a Tenant Admin, the Launch Pad shows one extra tile: Workspace administration, with the line "Users · licenses · SSO". It opens the administration pages. They have a dark look, a top bar with the workspace name and a left rail. The rail starts with Overview and then has four groups:

GroupPages
AccessUsers & access, Roles & permissions, Groups
SecurityAuthentication, Identity sources, API keys, Data residency
CommercialSubscriptions, Billing
WorkspaceSettings, Mail, Customization, Activity, Report a problem

On the right of the top bar you find the pill My apps, which takes you back to the Launch Pad, a bell that counts the items on the Overview that need your attention, and your profile menu. That menu has slightly different labels from the Launch Pad menu: My profile, Account settings, Help & support, Switch workspace and Sign out. Account settings opens the same Account & security page.

Note

A member who types the address of an administration page still sees the rail, but the pages stay empty: the server refuses the data and the page shows an error in the form "403 - message". Customization, Mail and Settings say instead that an administrator manages them.

Labels for the admin role

The workspace administrator role is shown under different names on different screens, for example "Administrator", "Tenant Administrator" and "Tenant Admin". They are all the same role. This knowledge base calls it Tenant Admin. See Platform roles for the full list and what the role allows.
