Subscriptions
Add an application (self-service or through sales), trials, and cancelling or keeping a subscription.
Who can do thisTenant Admin
The CommercialSubscriptions page lists the applications your workspace pays for or is trying out. From here you add a new application, follow a trial, cancel a subscription at month end or change your mind again. The same page holds the queue of pending access requests, and the rail item shows a count badge while requests are waiting.
What the page shows
From the top: a coloured banner that tells you whether you can add applications yourself (see below), the Pending access requests card when someone has asked for a seat, the subscriptions table, and a separate card for applications that are included with the platform.
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Application | The product name. |
| Plan | Shows a Trial badge while the application is on a trial. |
| Term | Always shows a dash today. |
| Renewal | For a trial: the end date and "Trial · 12 days left". |
| Seats | A User seats meter: seats in use out of the total. |
| Cancel | The cancel control. It only appears while self-service is on; otherwise the column shows a dash. |
The Integration Hub is not in the table. It is listed in its own card, Included with the platform, with the line "Available to everyone in your workspace - there are no seats to assign." There is nothing to buy, assign or cancel for it.
A workspace with nothing bought and nothing included shows No subscriptions yet.
Self-service on or off
Depending on your agreement, you either see Add instantly or Contact sales when you add an application, and you can cancel yourself only with self-service on. This article describes both states. The banner at the top of the page tells you which one applies:
- Self-service on (green banner): "Most apps are self-service - add them yourself and they're provisioned instantly. No Juvaro approval needed."
- Self-service off (amber banner): "Adding applications yourself isn't enabled yet - contact sales and we'll add what you need to your workspace."
Add an application
- Click Add an application at the top right.
- The dialog Add an application lists the catalogue. Each card shows the product, a short description, the price (for example "From kr 120 / seat · Standard · Pro", or Pricing on request) and a badge: Self-service or Contact sales.
- Click the button on the card you want. What happens next depends on whether self-service is on.
When self-service is on
The subtitle reads "Self-service apps activate instantly on a 30-day trial, then bill monthly."
- Click Add instantly (it shows Adding… for a moment).
- The application starts a 30-day trial with 5 seats, and a toast confirms "Asset Management System activated - provisioning now."
- The dialog closes and the new row appears in the table with the Trial badge and the days left.
1/5On Subscriptions, click Add an application. The green banner says self-service is on.
- On Subscriptions, click Add an application. The green banner says self-service is on.
- Find the app and click Add instantly. Apps marked Contact sales need Juvaro.
- The button shows Adding… while the app is set up.
- Done: the app is on a 30-day trial with 5 seats, none used yet.
- Nobody can use it yet. Go to Users & access and give each person a seat and a role.
Some products always need Juvaro, for example Customer Relationship Management. Their card carries the Contact sales badge and button even while self-service is on.
When self-service is off
The subtitle reads "A Juvaro representative will add the applications you choose, usually within one business day." An amber note at the top of the list says you cannot add applications yourself yet.
- Click Contact sales on the card (it shows Sending…).
- A toast confirms "Request sent to Juvaro sales for Helpdesk." Juvaro adds the application to your workspace; it is not in the table until then.
The dialog footer applies in both states: enterprise and regulated applications need a Juvaro review before activation, through Contact sales.
After adding: give people a seat and a role
Adding an application does not give anyone access to it, not even you. Open each person in Users & access, and on the Access tab switch on Granted for the application and choose a Role, then Save access. A seat without a role grants nothing. See Giving app access: a seat and a role.
A new seat or role can take up to about 5 minutes to reach the application. Give it a few minutes before you troubleshoot.
A trial has the product's trial seats, 5 for every self-service product today. When they are used up, the Access tab shows No seats left on that row. When the trial ends, it shows Trial ended. The Overview warns you in Needs attention when a trial ends within 14 days and when an application's seats are almost full.
Cancel a subscription
Cancelling is only possible while self-service is on. With it off, the Cancel column shows a dash: contact Juvaro sales to end a subscription.
- Click Cancel on the row.
- The dialog End this subscription? explains: "Cancel this subscription at the end of the month? Access continues until then, and you can undo it any time before it takes effect. Your data is kept." It adds that your data in the application stays available if you subscribe again, and is removed only when you ask Juvaro to erase it.
- Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep subscription to back out.
A toast confirms "Cancellation scheduled - access continues until the end of the month." The row now shows the last day of access in orange, for example "Cancels 31 Oct 2026", with a Keep it button under it. People keep using the application until that day.
Keep a subscription you cancelled
Click Keep it on the row any time before the last day. There is no confirmation: the cancellation is withdrawn at once and the toast says "Cancellation withdrawn - the subscription continues."
