Workspace administration at a glance

The Overview page: KPI tiles, Needs attention, Recent activity and Security posture.

Who can do thisTenant Admin

The Overview page is the front page of workspace administration. It tells you in one screen how many people and seats you have, what needs your attention, what happened recently and how well the workspace is protected. Everything on it links on to the page where you act.

Open the Overview

  • From the Launch Pad, click the tile Workspace administration (only Tenant Admins see it).
  • Inside administration, click Overview at the top of the left rail.
  • The bell at the top right shows the number of open Needs attention items and opens the Overview when you click it. Only Tenant Admins have the bell.

To land on the Overview every time you sign in, open Account settingsPreferences and set Default landing to Admin overview. The preference is stored on the device, so set it on each computer you use.

The page title is Overview with the line "Your Company at a glance." under it. The page has a row of four figures at the top, then the cards described below.

PictureThe Overview. The card titles are translated, but the attention items and the posture checks come from the server in English.

The four figures

TileWhat it shows
MembersThe number of people in the workspace, with the line in this tenant.
Seats in useThe fullest application as "used / total" with the app's name, for example "4 / 5 Helpdesk". With no seat limits it says no seat limits.
Active appsHow many products the workspace subscribes to (licensed products).
Needs attentionThe number of open items: all clear, N urgent or open items.

Needs attention

The Needs attention card lists things that will become a problem if nobody acts. When nothing is waiting it says "All clear - nothing needs your attention." Click an item to open the related page. The item texts come from the server and are always in English, also when the portal is set to Danish.

Item text (English only)When it appearsWhere to deal with it
"<App> seats almost full"75% of the app's seats are used (warning); 90% or more turns it red.Subscriptions
"<App> trial ends soon"The trial ends within 14 days; within 3 days it turns red.Subscriptions
"Region migration to <region> requested"A move to another region is scheduled.Data residency
"An invite has been pending for over a week" or "N invites have been pending for over a week"Someone was invited more than a week ago and has not signed in.Inviting a user (use Resend invite)
"SSO is enforced but no domain is verified"Single sign-on is enforced, but there is no verified domain to enforce it on.Authentication and single sign-on
"One access request pending" or "N access requests pending"Members have asked for a seat in an app.Approving or denying access requests
Note

The access request item reads "Review them on the Licenses page". Access requests are now reviewed on the Subscriptions page, and the item takes you there.

Recent activity

The Recent activity card shows the latest privileged actions in the workspace, such as invitations, access changes and settings changes. View all opens the full log, where you can filter and export. See Activity log and CSV export.

Security posture

The Security posture card checks five things and says either All secure or N to review. Each row has a Review button that opens the page where you fix it. The check names and texts are in English only.

  • Admin coverage: whether the workspace has more than one Tenant Admin, for example "Only one admin - add another to avoid lockout if they leave." See Platform roles.
  • Single sign-on: whether people sign in through your identity provider.
  • Multi-factor authentication: whether a second factor is required.
  • API keys: the state of your integration API keys.
  • Data residency: where the workspace data is stored.

Workspace and Your access

The Workspace card shows the workspace's identity: Slug, Logto org, Sign-in (SSO or Password) and Email sender. The name and slug are managed centrally by Juvaro; you cannot rename the workspace yourself.

The Your access card shows your own roles, with the line "You can manage users, licenses and settings for this workspace."

Note

A member who opens the Overview address sees only the Workspace and Your access cards. The figures, Needs attention, Recent activity and Security posture are for Tenant Admins.
