Signing in for the first time
Your work email, the temporary password from your invitation, and choosing your own password.
Who can do thisEvery user
When a Tenant Admin invites you, Juvaro emails you a one-time temporary password at your work address. You sign in with your work email and that password, choose a password of your own, and then land on the Launch Pad. If your company uses single sign-on, you sign in with your company account instead and never see a temporary password.
- Open the portal. The sign-in page says Sign in to the portal and Welcome back.
- Type your address in Work email (for example signe@your-company.example) and click Continue. The button shows Checking… while the portal looks you up.
- Your email decides where you go next:
- If your workspace signs in with a password, you get the password step. Type the temporary password from the invitation email.
- If your company's email domain is set up for single sign-on, you are sent to your company's sign-in page. Sign in there as you normally do.
The chips on the left of the sign-in page (Asset Management, Procurement, + more) are decoration. They are not links and do not show which apps you have.
Choose your own password
If you signed in with a temporary password, the portal asks you to replace it before it shows anything else. The screen says One more step, Make it yours. and Choose your password. It is in English whatever your language.
- Type a password in New password. Click Show if you want to see what you typed, and Hide to mask it again.
- Type it once more in Confirm new password.
- Watch the checklist: At least 8 characters and Both entries match must both be ticked.
- Click Set password and continue.
From now on you sign in with your work email and this password. The temporary password no longer works.
If the password is refused, the screen shows one of these messages (in English):
- "Password must be between 8 and 256 characters": make it at least 8 characters long.
- "Logto rejected that password" with "Choose a longer or less common password.": the sign-in service found it too weak or too common. Try a longer one.
- "No password change is pending" with "Change your password from Account settings, which verifies your current one.": there is no temporary password left to replace. Change your password on Account & security instead.
Pick a workspace
If your account belongs to more than one workspace, the portal now shows the workspace picker. Choose the workspace you want to work in; you can switch later. See Choosing and switching workspaces.
If your account is not a member of any workspace, you see No workspaces and the advice to ask an administrator to invite you. The workspace appears the next time you sign in after the invitation.
With one workspace you go straight to the Launch Pad. See The Launch Pad.
If you lost the temporary password
Ask your Tenant Admin. On Users & access they can use Resend invite while you are still invited, or Reset password later. Either way a new temporary password is emailed to you, and you must choose a new password at your next sign-in. If the email cannot be sent, the administrator sees the temporary password once and passes it on to you. See Inviting a user.
The invitation makes you a member of the workspace, but it does not give you any apps by itself. If the Launch Pad shows no apps under Your applications, your administrator still has to give you a seat and a role, or you can ask for one yourself. See Requesting access to an application.
