Products, prices and per-app roles
Every product in the catalogue with its price, trial seats and the roles you can give on the Access tab.
This is the Juvaro catalogue as the portal shows it: every product, its name in English and Danish, its price, the seats you get in a trial, and the roles you can give on a person's Access tab. Role names are always shown in English, also when the portal is set to Danish.

Notes on the catalogue
- Prices are per seat; subscriptions are billed monthly. In the Add an application dialog they read "From kr 120 / seat · Standard · Pro", or Pricing on request. See Subscriptions.
- Trials: when self-service is switched on, Add instantly starts a 30-day trial with 5 seats. When it is off, every app is added through Contact sales.
- "Not available yet": a role shown as "Viewer - not available yet" is listed in the role list but greyed out. The app does not support it yet.
- Supplier Relationship Management was called Procurement until August 2026.
- Helpdesk also has an extra permission, "May sell, correct and void prepaid hours". It is not given in the portal; Helpdesk handles prepaid hours with its own Billing designation. See Access and roles.
Integration Hub: included, no seats
The Integration Hub comes with every workspace. On the Launch Pad its tile says Included with the platform, and on the Subscriptions page it sits in a separate list with "Available to everyone in your workspace - there are no seats to assign." There is nothing to switch on in a person's Access tab. Only Tenant Admins can change connections there. See What is the Integration Hub?
Customer Service Management: planned
Customer Service Management is in the catalogue but not released. It shows under Coming soon on the Launch Pad. Note that Coming soon lists every catalogue product your workspace has not bought, not only unreleased ones. See The Launch Pad.
Flexshop: a second card for the employee shop
People with a Flexshop seat see two cards on the Launch Pad: Flexshop itself, and a second card for the employee shop. The shop card's name comes from your workspace's configuration. People without a Flexshop seat see neither. How the shop works is covered in the Flexshop articles.
