What changed in the portal for users and Tenant Admins between August and October 2026, newest first.

October 2026 release

September 2026 release

  • 23 September: clearer seats on the Access tab. The Seat column now says Assigned or "N free" instead of separate numbers. The seat check now runs before a role is saved, so a role change on an app whose trial has ended is refused. People are no longer offered apps the workspace does not have. See Giving app access: a seat and a role.
  • 16 September: Helpdesk notifications on My profile. A Helpdesk card joins the Asset Management card. See Email notifications per product.

August 2026 release

  • 31 August: users list and app access. The Invited status is shown correctly, long lists of app chips end in "N more applications", and a role is now required to give app access. See Inviting a user.
  • 28 August: cancel a subscription at month end. Tenant Admins can cancel a subscription with effect from the end of the month, and withdraw it with Keep it. See Subscriptions.
  • 27 to 28 August: the Report a problem page. A new page for sending a problem report with a screenshot straight to Juvaro, redesigned the day after. See Reporting a problem.
  • 27 August: Licenses merged into Subscriptions. Access requests moved to the Subscriptions page; old links to the Licenses page lead there. See Approving or denying access requests.
  • 27 August: flat seat price and a new product name. Seats cost kr 120 each, adding apps yourself now depends on your agreement with Juvaro, and Procurement was renamed Supplier Relationship Management. See Products, prices and per-app roles.
  • 25 August: apps open in the right workspace. Opening an app from the Launch Pad opens the workspace you are in, and a failed workspace switch now shows a clear message. See Choosing and switching workspaces.
  • 24 August: the Integration Hub is included. The Hub comes with the platform, and the Launch Pad says so. See What is the Integration Hub?
  • 24 August: the Launch Pad in four languages. The Launch Pad is translated, its search finds apps in every language, and tiles show product icons. See The Launch Pad.
  • 19 August: the Date and time card. Each person chooses their date and time format, for every app. See Date and time formats.
  • 11 August: Swedish, German and the Language card. Two more languages, and your language choice is stored on the server so it follows you to every device. See Choosing your language.
  • 11 August: MFA coverage. MFA visibility on Authentication shows how many members actually have a second factor. Password rules are set centrally for all workspaces. See Authentication and single sign-on.
  • August: Notifications on My profile. A notifications section with the Asset Management card. See Email notifications per product.
  • 10 August: single sign-on per domain. Enforcement can be switched on per verified domain, and it needs a verified domain. See Authentication and single sign-on.
  • 10 August: Authentication and Identity sources. The old SSO page was split in two. Directory write-back moved to Identity sources, and identity governance can only be edited there. See Identity sources.
