The Launch Pad

Your applications, the apps your workspace has bought, and the Coming soon list, with search.

Who can do thisEvery user

The Launch Pad is the first page you see after signing in. At the top it says Juvaro Portal and "All your tools · one place", with your account menu on the right. Below that is a search box, and then up to three sections of app tiles. Each section heading shows how many tiles it holds.

Available to your workspaceApps your workspace has bought, but you have no seat in.A member asks for access; a Tenant Admin can take a seat at once. See Requesting access to an application.
Coming soonEvery product in the Juvaro catalogue that your workspace has not bought. This is not a list of unreleased products only: an app that is on sale today appears here too if your workspace does not have it.Shows Notify me. See below.

If you have no apps yet, the first section says "No apps assigned to you yet - see all applications below."

What the line under a tile means

Every tile shows the product name and a short line under it:

  • Your role in the app, for example AMS Technician or Viewer, on tiles in Your applications.
  • Included with the platform: the app comes with every workspace and has no seats. Today this is the Integration Hub. Everyone in the workspace sees its tile.
  • Request access or Requested: shown to members in Available to your workspace. Requested means your request is waiting for an administrator, and the tile is disabled until it is decided.
  • Get a seat: shown to Tenant Admins in Available to your workspace.
  • Notify me or We'll let you know: shown on Coming soon tiles, which are dimmed.
Note

A tile in Your applications means you hold a seat. The app still needs a role to let you in. If an app opens but refuses you, ask your Tenant Admin to pick a role for you on your Access tab. See Giving app access: a seat and a role.

Special tiles

  • Workspace administration. Tenant Admins see the extra tile Workspace administration with "Users · licenses · SSO". It opens the administration pages. Members do not see it. See What is the Juvaro portal?
  • The Flexshop employee shop. If you hold a Flexshop seat, you get a second card for the employee shop next to the Flexshop tile. Its name is set when Flexshop is configured for your workspace. People without a Flexshop seat do not see it. The shop itself is covered in the Flexshop articles.
  • Integration Hub. Shown to everyone with Included with the platform. What you can do inside it depends on your role there. See What is the Integration Hub?

Search

Type in the box Search apps, systems and guides… to filter the tiles. The search looks at app names, descriptions and keywords in all the portal's languages, so a Danish word finds an app even when your portal is in English.

The search filters the app tiles only; it does not search guides. The ⌘K mark in the box is a visual hint: the keyboard shortcut does not open the search, so click in the box instead.

Good to know

  • Notify me on a Coming soon tile changes the tile to We'll let you know in your browser. Notify me does not send notifications yet. If your workspace wants the app, a Tenant Admin can add it on Subscriptions.
  • Search filters app tiles only, and ⌘K is a visual hint, as described above.
