English and Danish labels
The key labels in both languages, and the screens that stay in English when the portal is set to Danish.
The portal speaks English, Danish, Swedish and German; each person picks their language on My profile (see Choosing your language). This article pairs the most important English labels with their Danish versions, explains a few Danish word choices, and lists the screens that stay in English whatever language you choose.

Notes on the Danish wording
- Workspace and arbejdsområde: in the Danish portal you meet both "workspace" (Tilgængelige i jeres workspace) and "arbejdsområde" (Skift arbejdsområde, the rail group Arbejdsområde, Fjern fra arbejdsområdet), and also "tenant" in i denne tenant. They refer to the same thing.
- Annullér or Opsig: "Cancel" in a dialog is Annullér, but cancelling a subscription is Opsig.
- CVR-nummer: the billing field "VAT number" is called CVR-nummer in Danish.
Labels for the admin role
The Tenant Admin role appears as "Administrator" on Roles & permissions and "Tenant Administrator" in the top bar (both English only), and in Danish as Tenant-administrator (users list), Arbejdsområde-administrator (a person's Platform role) and Arbejdsområdeadministrator (group linked access). They are all the same role. See Platform roles.
Screens that stay in English
These parts of the portal are always in English, also when you have chosen Danish:
- The body of My profile (Profile details, Access & licenses, Groups & teams, Recent activity, Save my details). The Language, Date and time and Notifications cards on the same page are translated.
- The whole Account & security page (password, two-factor authentication, sessions, Privacy & data, Preferences). Its Language row says "English · Coming soon"; choose your language on the Language card on My profile instead.
- The profile menu at the top right of the admin pages (My profile, Account settings, Help & support, Switch workspace, Sign out). The account menu on the Launch Pad is translated.
- The first-password screen, the session-expired screen and the workspace picker.
- The Roles & permissions table text, the Overview's Needs attention items and Security posture checks.
- Role names inside apps (Application Administrator, User, Viewer, AMS Technician, HR Manager, Employee, Shop Supporter, Finance Approver and so on).
- Resend invite and Reset password with their result cards, and the "That account already exists" card.
- All server error messages, shown as "403 - message". See Error and validation messages.
- The product name Flexshop.
The Integration Hub is English only
The Integration Hub has no Danish version at all. Every label there is in English, and the Danish Hub articles quote them in English. It is called "Integration Hub" (Integrationshub) on the Launch Pad and "Juvaro Hub" inside the app. See What is the Integration Hub?
