Branding (login mode, logo, email from-name), demo data and the workspace identity card.
Who can do thisTenant Admin
The WorkspaceSettings page holds your workspace's branding, a pointer to identity governance, the demo data control and a read-only card with the workspace identity. Members can open it, but the branding card only says "Branding is managed by an admin."
Branding
The Branding card has three fields:

| Login mode | Password or SSO. Tailors the wording on your sign-in page, with SSO wording for SSO workspaces. The default is Password. It does not turn single sign-on on or off. |
| Logo URL (optional) | A web address for your logo (placeholder "https://…"). The logo appears in the app header. |
| Email from-name (optional) | The sender name on workspace notifications and on your Overview (placeholder "Acme Team"). |
- Change the fields you need.
- Click Save branding. The card says "Saved - applied live." No reload is needed.
Email from-name here and From-name on the Mail page are the same stored value. Change one and the other changes too. When it is empty, your workspace name is used. See Mail: the notification sender.
Single sign-on itself is set up on the Authentication page. See Authentication and single sign-on.
Identity governance has moved
The Identity governance card on this page only holds the line "Identity governance has moved to Identity sources." with a link. The HR Management identity switches are edited there and nowhere else. See Identity sources.
Remove demo data
A workspace can be seeded with example data to help you explore. The Demo data card removes it again. Only the demo records are deleted (anything marked as a sample); your real data is untouched.
- Click Remove demo data.
- The dialog Remove demo data? warns: "This permanently deletes the example records seeded into this workspace. Your real data is not affected."
- Click Remove demo data again to confirm.
The card then reports what was removed, for example "Removed demo data - roles: 2, users: 6, tenants: 1."
The removal cannot be undone. If you are unsure whether a record is a sample, check before you confirm.
The Workspace card
The Workspace card shows your workspace's Slug and Logto org identifier. It is read-only: "Workspace name and slug are managed centrally." No admin can rename the workspace or change its slug in the portal. Contact Juvaro if the name needs to change.
