Mail: the notification sender
The sender name and footer on Juvaro notifications, branded replies, your own sending domain and previews.
Who can do thisTenant Admin
The WorkspaceMail page controls how the automatic notifications from your workspace present themselves: the sender name, a footer line, whether Helpdesk replies use the branded layout, and optionally your own sending domain. It does not set up mailboxes. Correspondence such as Helpdesk ticket replies goes out through connected mailboxes, which are managed in the Integration Hub (see the end of this article).
Members can open the page but cannot change anything. They see "Mail settings are managed by an admin."
The left column holds Notification sender with a Preview, and Your own domain. The right column holds the read-only Connected mailboxes card.
Who notifications come from
The Notification sender card shows the line Notifications are sent as. Until your own domain is in use, it reads:
"Your Company via Juvaro" <noreply@juvaro.net>
The first part is your From-name. Each product actually sends from its own address on the platform domain, such as helpdesk-noreply@ or sfs-noreply@; noreply@ in the line stands for all of them.
Change the sender name, footer and branded replies
- In From-name, type the name people should see, for example "Your Company Support". When it is empty, your workspace name is used.
- In Footer line, add a line for the bottom of every notification, for example "Your Company ApS · CVR 12345678 · Aarhus".
- Leave Branded replies on to send Helpdesk replies in the branded layout, or switch it off to send them as plain text. It is on by default.
- Click Save sender settings. The page says "Saved - applies from the next email." Emails already sent do not change.
The From-name here and Email from-name (optional) under SettingsBranding are the same stored value. Change one and the other changes too. See Settings.
Preview a notification
Under Preview, pick a Notification type to see how it looks with your current sender settings: File share, File share - passcode, Helpdesk reply, Agent alert - SLA, Agent alert - general, Usage warning or User invite. With branded replies off, the Helpdesk reply preview notes that replies are sent as plain text. The invite preview carries the note "Invites are sent by Juvaro on your behalf."
Send from your own domain
Your own domain lets notifications come from an address on a domain you own, for example noreply@your-company.example.
- Type the domain and click Add domain. It is listed as Pending.
- Add the TXT record shown at your DNS provider. Use Copy next to Name and Value.
- Click Verify. If the record is not found yet, you see "No matching record found - checked", followed by the record name it looked up and how many TXT records it found. DNS changes can take a few minutes; try again later.
- Once the domain is Verified, fill in Sender address: the part before the @ (placeholder "noreply"). Click Save address.
The line Sending as then shows the address in use. The card also notes that SPF and DKIM records are added later; for now, the TXT record proves that you own the domain.
To stop, click Remove on the domain and confirm Remove domain?. Removing it clears its verification, and if it was your sender domain, notifications fall back to the Juvaro address. Adding a domain you have already added is refused with "Domain already claimed".
Connected mailboxes: in the Integration Hub
The Connected mailboxes card only explains. Correspondence, such as replies on Helpdesk tickets, is sent from your workspace's connected mailboxes, not from the notification sender above. Those mailboxes are added and managed in the Integration Hub, on its Connections page.
