Reporting a problem
Send a problem report with a screenshot straight to the Juvaro team.
Who can do thisEvery user
The Report a problem page sends a short, structured report with a screenshot straight to the Juvaro team. Use it when something in the portal or one of the apps does not work as it should. The page asks for exactly what the team needs to find the fault, so you do not have to guess what to write.
Open the page
- Tenant Admins: in the administration rail, under Workspace, click Report a problem.
- Members: there is no link on the Launch Pad. Add /report-a-problem to the portal address in your browser. The page works for everyone, even though it opens with the administration rail next to it.
The page says "Tell us what went wrong. It goes straight to the Juvaro team." If you would rather write an email, Help & support in the account menu opens a new email to support@juvaro.dk.
Describe what went wrong
The first section, What went wrong, has these fields. The first four are required.
- Which product?: choose the app, or Portal - or not sure. The list holds the portal and your own apps.
- What is the problem, in one line?: a short headline, for example "Cannot save a ticket".
- What happened?: describe what you saw, including any error message word for word.
- What did you do just before it happened?: the steps that led to it, for example "1. Opened the ticket 2. Changed the status 3. Clicked Save".
- What did you expect instead? (optional)
- How much is it getting in your way? (optional): It blocks me, It slows me down or It just looks wrong.
Add a screenshot
The second section, Screenshot, wants a picture of the problem.
- Click Choose a screenshot and pick a PNG or JPEG file of up to 10 MB. A preview appears, and Remove takes it away again.
- If there is nothing to see (for example, an email that never arrived), tick There is nothing to show and answer Why is there no screenshot?
Your screenshot and description are sent to the Juvaro team and stored by Juvaro. Everything visible on your screen goes with it, so check the picture for personal or confidential information before you send it, and crop it if needed.
Send the report
Send report stays disabled until the headline, What happened, the steps, and either a screenshot or a reason for none are filled in. Until then the page says "Fill in the marked fields to send."
- Click Send report. It shows Sending….
- The page confirms "Thank you - your report has been sent."
- To send another, click Report another problem.
If the report cannot be sent
- That screenshot is too large. Crop it, or send none and tell us why.: the file is over 10 MB. Crop or shrink it and choose it again.
- Bug reporting is not available on this workspace yet. Please contact Juvaro.: reports cannot be received for your workspace. Use Help & support in the account menu instead.
