The Activities feed

Who can do thisCRM UserCRM Administrator

Activities in the sidebar shows every note, call and meeting logged in the workspace, newest first, grouped under day headings such as Today and Yesterday.

Narrow the feed

• Click the type chips to show notes, calls or meetings.
• Use Written by to show one person's entries.
• The header counts what was logged today: "Logged today: {n}".
• Click Load more for older entries.

Go to the customer

Each entry has Open the company. Entries are edited and deleted on the company page; see Logging notes, calls and meetings.
