Subscriptions and ending one
The recurring lines of an accepted quote, and how to give one a last day.

A subscription is what a customer pays for every period. It is created when a quote is accepted, for every line that is not one-off, usage included. Subscriptions show in the Subscriptions panel on the company page.

What the panel shows
- The status: Active, or Last day {date} once an end is set.
- "Recurring per month: {amount}".
- "From order #{order}, started {date}".
- The agreement carried over from the quote: binding and notice periods in months, and whether it renews by 12 months at a time or ends with the binding period.
With no subscriptions the panel says: "No subscriptions. One appears when the customer accepts a quote with a line that is not one-off."
End a subscription
- Click End subscription.
- Choose the Last day. It cannot be before the subscription started.
- Click End it on this day, or Cancel.
The subscription keeps running, and counting, until that day has passed. A subscription that already has a last day cannot be given another.
