Erasure: what exists and what does not
Erasing a person is handled by Juvaro on request. There is no erase screen.
The right to be forgotten asks you to remove a person's details. Here is what CRM can and cannot do in the October 2026 release.
There is no erase screen
No button anywhere in CRM erases a person. Erasing a person is handled by Juvaro on request. Contact your administrator, who can ask Juvaro to erase the person.
What erasure does
- It blanks the person's details but keeps the record itself. The name becomes "(erased)".
- Helpdesk and AMS are told that the person was erased, so their mirrors are blanked too.
- A task that named the person shows "A person whose details were erased", and no new task can name them.
What is not erasure
| Action | What it really does |
|---|---|
| Archive a contact | Hides the person and makes them read-only. Their details stay. It cannot be undone in the app. |
| The review "Past their keep-until date" | Lists people to look at. "This screen never erases anybody." |
| Keep this record until | Records your decision. Nothing deletes on that date. |
| Converting a lead without a contact | Removes the person's name, email and phone from that lead only. |
Archived contacts
Archived contacts cannot be restored: the app has no restore button. Treat archiving a contact as final.
