Language, dates and time zone

Set in your Tenant Portal profile. In Danish, the newer screens show English.

CRM has no language picker of its own. It follows your profile in the Tenant Portal: language, date format and time zone. Open it from the profile menu with Edit profile.

Languages

CRM ships in English, Danish, Swedish and German. Danish covers the older screens only.

Newer screens are EnglishEverything added from the September 2026 release on shows English to Danish users: leads, lead conversion, lead sources, quotes, orders, subscriptions, the catalogue, commercial settings, document numbers and tasks. The sidebar is mixed: Leads, Quotes, Orders and Tasks stay English.

Always English

The printed quote document, in every language, with British date and number formats.
The headers in the import template.
The custom-field editor inside Management, and its refusals.

What is never translated

Your own words stay as you typed them: company names, step and process names, lead sources, catalogue items, consent wordings and custom field labels.

Dates and money

Dates follow the date format in your profile.
Money is shown in the company's own currency. A company without one uses the workspace billing default. Quotes for such a company use the currency in Commercial settings.
Amounts are never converted between currencies.
