- Chips Open (the default), Converted, Disqualified and All. Open covers New, Contacted and Qualified.
- The list is Newest first, with columns Lead, Person, Source, Score and Status. Load more loads more.
Capture a lead
- Click New lead.
- Type a Title (required), such as "IT support for 25 employees".
- Optionally type a CVR and click Look up. The CVR register fills in the company name only ("Filled in from the CVR register."). If the CVR already belongs to a customer, you see "Already a customer: {name}".
- Fill in Company, Person, Email, Phone, Source (from the workspace's lead sources) and Score (0 to 100; blank counts as 0).
- Click Create lead.
The lead form has no owner box. The form also warns that the person leaves the lead when it is converted; see Converting a lead.
Qualify or disqualify
On the lead page, the Status card moves the lead:
- Mark as contacted and Mark as qualified.
- Disqualify, with an optional Reason for disqualifying.
- Reopen brings a disqualified lead back to New.
A lead becomes Converted only by converting it. Edit changes the lead's fields until then; a converted lead cannot be changed.
If the CVR lookup fails
- "The CVR register has no company with that number."
- "The CVR register is not taking more lookups right now. Fill in the company yourself."
