Juvaro Help Centre

What Juvaro CRM is

The customer master for the whole suite, plus leads, deals, quotes, orders, subscriptions and tasks.

Juvaro CRM holds the companies and people your workspace works with. It is the customer master for the whole suite: Helpdesk and AMS read their customers from CRM instead of keeping their own lists. On top of that register, CRM is a small sales tool: leads, deals, quotes, orders, subscriptions and tasks.

TipDanish users: the screens added from the September 2026 release on are still in English. That covers leads, conversion, quotes, orders, subscriptions, the catalogue, commercial settings and tasks. See Language, dates and time zone.

What CRM holds

  • Companies (the app calls them accounts): name, CVR, addresses, lifecycle and your own custom fields. See The account page explained.
  • People at those companies (contacts), with marketing consent and a keep-until date. See Contacts on a company.
  • Activities: notes, calls and meetings you log on a company, with files.

What CRM helps you sell

  1. A lead is an enquiry you qualify before it becomes a customer. See Leads.
  2. Converting a lead makes a customer, a contact and, if you like, a deal. See Converting a lead.
  3. A deal moves through the steps of a sales process and feeds the forecast. See Deals.
  4. A quote prices the work with lines from the catalogue. Sending it freezes it. See Quotes.
  5. Recording the customer's acceptance creates an order and a subscription for the recurring lines, sets a Prospect company to Active, and marks the linked open deal Won.
  6. Tasks keep track of what somebody has to do next. See Tasks.

What CRM does not do

Some things you may expect are not there in the October 2026 release. CRM has no global search, no notifications, no bulk actions, no column sorting, no saved views and no charts. It does not email quotes, and it is not connected to an accounting system: you set an order's invoicing status by hand. Flexshop does not use CRM.
