CRM has a dark sidebar on the left and a white top bar. The top bar has a breadcrumb and your profile button; there is no search box, no bell and no global New button.

The sidebar

Under Operations:

Item	What it opens
Dashboard	Three status cards. See The Dashboard.
Leads	Enquiries you qualify. See Leads.
Accounts	Every company. See The account list.
Contacts	Every person at every company. See The Contacts list.
Pipeline	Open deals by step. See The Pipeline board.
Quotes	Every quote. See Quotes.
Orders	What accepted quotes became. See Orders and invoicing status.
Activities	Every logged note, call and meeting. See The Activities feed.
Tasks	Work somebody has to do. See Tasks.

Under System, CRM Administrators also see Management. See The Management hub.

The breadcrumb and the profile menu

The breadcrumb names the section you are in, for example CRM / Accounts. The profile button shows your initials, your name and your CRM role. Click it for:

Edit profile: opens your profile in the Tenant Portal, where you set language, date format and time zone.
Switch workspace: only with more than one workspace. See Signing in and choosing a workspace.
Sign out.

Pages without a menu item

The import wizard opens from Import from a file on the account list.
A company's page, its edit page and its duplicate review open from the account list.
There is no separate page for a person: clicking a name opens the contact's edit page.
The printable quote opens in a new tab from Print on a quote.
An address that does not exist shows Page not found.

Small screens

CRM is designed for a desktop browser. On a phone or in a narrow window, the sidebar takes up room and wide tables need more space than there is. The printable quote is the one page made for a phone.
