HCM logs every read and every change of protected fields: the national ID, bank details, salary and custom fields with an access class. The log is a chain where each entry seals the one before, so a removed or altered entry is detectable.

Read the log
Open SettingsField audit. Each row has:
- When: in your browser's date and time format.
- Action: "read" (blue) or "change" (amber).
- Actor: the person's user id, a long code, not their name.
- Record: the record type and the start of its id, for example "employee 3f2a9c1b…".
- Fields: the fields involved, in a technical format (JSON).
Verify integrity
- Click Verify integrity.
- Read the badge: "Chain intact" (green) means no entry has been altered or removed. "Broken at #N" (red) names the first entry that does not fit.
If you ever see "Broken at #N", do not try to fix it. Contact Juvaro support with the number.
Tip
To find a person's user id, open their employee record: it is the value in Linked account.
