The Helpdesk capacity planner shows who on the desk is away, so nobody plans work for someone on holiday. It reads two things from HCM.
What Helpdesk reads

| Approved absences | Approved leave only, with the leave type's name. Pending requests and terminated employees are left out. Helpdesk asks for at most 62 days at a time. |
| Direct reports | The people whose manager is a given person, looked up by the manager's email. |
Make it work
- Absences are matched by email. The email on the HCM employee record must be the same as the agent's email in Juvaro.
- Leave shows in the planner once it is approved. A request still pending does not.
- Managers in HCM drive who a Helpdesk manager sees as their reports. Keep managers current in History.

Tip
Helpdesk's reads of approved absences do not appear in HCM's Field audit.
