What other apps can read from HCM
The three kinds of read access other Juvaro apps have to HCM, and what each can see.
Who can do thisTenant Admin
Some other Juvaro apps read data from HCM directly, each with its own read access. Nobody signs in with this access; it is listed here so you know what other apps can see.

| Employee identity | Juvaro's integration service (directory sync) | Workspaces that use HCM as identity source, and their employees: name, email, job title, department, manager and status. |
| Absences | Helpdesk capacity planner | Approved absences for up to 62 days, and a manager's direct reports. |
| Line manager | Flexshop | One person's current line manager, or the reason there is none. |
- Each kind of access is read-only. No other app can change data in HCM.
- None of them gives salary, national ID, bank details or documents.
- Each app only reads data for the workspace it is working in.
