Language support

HCM is English only

HCM has no Danish or other translation, and no language setting. Every label, button, message and chip is in English, whatever language your browser and Juvaro profile use. The Danish articles in this knowledge base therefore quote HCM's labels in English, exactly as you see them.

Danish you will see inside HCM

• Holiday names are Danish, because they are data: Nytårsdag, Skærtorsdag, Langfredag, Påskedag, 2. påskedag, St. Bededag, Kristi himmelfartsdag, Pinsedag, 2. pinsedag, Juledag, 2. juledag, Grundlovsdag, Juleaftensdag and Nytårsaftensdag.
• The template name "Denmark - ferieloven".
• Dates and month names that follow your browser: the month title on Team, Ready since on Approvals and When in Field audit. A Danish browser shows these in Danish.

Danish in other apps

Some HCM-related screens belong to other apps, and those do have Danish:

• The Tenant Portal: for example Identitetskilder, "HCM administrerer medarbejderidentitet" and Brugere & adgang. The HCM role names (Application Administrator, HR Manager, Employee) and the product name HR Management stay in English there.
• Flexshop: the reasons from HCM's line-manager answer, such as "HR-systemet angiver ingen leder for anmoderen."
• The Launcher menu: Min profil, Skift arbejdsområde and Log ud.
