Signing in and choosing a workspace
How you get into HCM from the Launcher, and what the workspace picker means.

You open HCM from the Juvaro Launcher, the page with a tile for each app. If you are already signed in to Juvaro, HCM signs you in silently. You do not type a password in HCM itself.
Choose a workspace
If your account belongs to more than one workspace and HCM does not know which one you want, it shows a picker first.
- Under Choose a workspace, click the workspace you want. The one you used last is marked Current.
- HCM shows Switching… for a moment and then opens My Leave.
Later, you can change workspace from the profile menu with Switch workspace. That item only appears when you belong to more than one workspace.
When there is no workspace
If your account is not a member of any workspace, HCM shows No workspaces under the heading No access yet. Ask an administrator to invite you. The workspace appears the next time you sign in.
Signed in, but no access
Being a member of the workspace is not enough. You also need one of the three HCM roles. Without one, the pages say You don't have access. See Your role in HCM and "No employee record" and other access messages.
After an administrator gives you a role, it can take up to about 5 minutes before HCM sees it. Wait a few minutes and reload the page.
