The domain
- Only verified domains can be chosen. You verify a domain in the Tenant Portal under SSO.
- With none: "No verified email domains yet - add and verify your company domain under Settings → SSO, then addresses fill in automatically."
- With no default chosen, the example ends "Pick a default domain above to see a full sample email address."
The suggestion is only a suggestion. In Add employee you can type over both values. Initials and email must still be unique in the workspace.
