The Marketplace sells devices colleagues have handed back, "checked and priced by the shop. There is only one of each." Each card shows Second-hand, the Grade (A to D), One only and, when it is, Charger included.

The shop administrator chooses, per device, who pays. That decides the button you see:

Add to request
The company
The device goes into your basket. You send it as a request; it needs approval and counts against your budget. While the request waits, the device is reserved for you. If the request is declined, it goes back on the marketplace.
Buy it
You
The device is yours on the first click. There is no confirmation, no approval and no budget. The price is settled through payroll, outside Flexshop.
Buy it buys at once
Press Buy it only when you have decided to buy the device at that price. There is no "Are you sure?" and no undo in Flexshop. The pop-up's Buy for {price} button does the same. If you clicked by mistake, contact your Flexshop administrator straight away.
Buy a device
Open Marketplace. Open a card's name to read the pop-up, including From the shop: what a buyer should know.
Press Buy it (or Add to request, and send the request as usual).
The banner says "{device} is yours, bought for {price}". The device appears on My assets under Bought on the Marketplace.

"That one goes through a request, not a purchase." Use Add to request.
"You handed that device in yourself." Your own returned device can only be bought back when the shop allows it.
"That device has no price."
"We did not get an answer in time. Your purchase may have gone through. The shop has been reloaded: if the device is gone, ask your Flexshop administrator whether it is yours."
