Tabs, lens and filter
- Pending, Approved and Declined, each with a count. A cancelled request is in no tab.
- Only what I can decide hides the pending requests whose next step you cannot take. It applies to Pending only: "Approved and Declined always show everything."
- Filter by person, product or reason searches on the server, at most 100 characters.
- Under the tabs: "Sorted by age", and, while the policy is on, "a decision reason is required (policy Every decision needs a reason)".
The columns
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Request | The reference, for example FS-00042. |
| Requester, Item, Amount | Who asked, the first item, and the total excl. VAT. |
| Budget after | What the requester's group has left after this request; rose when negative, "No limit" when the group has none. |
| Waiting on | The role of the next step and "Step n of m". On the Approved tab this column is Vendor instead: Ordered at Webmercs, order …, Ordered by hand, Ordered or Delivered. |
| Age | How long it has waited; the square turns amber at 3 days and rose from 4. |
What you can tick
A tick box appears only on requests you can decide yourself. A Supporter or Finance step needs that role, so an Application Administrator without it cannot tick those rows. The header box is Select every request you can decide. Ticking opens the bulk bar; see Decide many requests at once.
Click any row to open the decision drawer. See Decide a request in the console.
