Sign in and choose a workspace

Flexshop uses your Juvaro sign-in. There is no separate Flexshop password: an administrator gives you a Flexshop role in the Tenant Portal, and you sign in the same way as to every other Juvaro product.

Open the right app

• Admin console: the Flexshop tile on the Launch Pad. Only Application Administrators get in. Anyone else sees "This console is for shop administrators" and a button Open the employee portal.
• Employee portal: the address your administrator gives you, the link Employee portal at the foot of the console's rail, or the link in an approval email. The portal has no Launch Pad tile.

Without any Flexshop role the portal says "No access to the Flexshop portal" and asks you to get the Employee role from an administrator. See Your role in Flexshop.

Choose a workspace

If you have Flexshop roles in more than one workspace, both apps first show Choose a workspace, under the eyebrow Where to. Pick the workspace you want to work in. The one you are in is marked Current.

To change later, open the account menu at the top right and choose Switch workspace.

Both apps have the same account menu: My profile, Account & security, Switch workspace, All apps and Sign out. The console adds Help & support, which opens an email to support@juvaro.dk, and shows your grade beside your name: Admin.

When switching fails

• "That workspace is not available to you any more. Your access may have been removed." Sign out and back in to refresh the list.
• "Your sign-in began before this app was given access, so it cannot open that workspace. Trying again will not help." Sign out, sign in again, and choose the workspace again.
• "We could not reach the server, so the switch did not happen." You are still in the workspace you were in. Try again.
