The Webmercs catalogue and Bought before
The two Webmercs sources for the shelf: the campaign catalogue and your order history.
Flexshop can fill the shelf from two Webmercs sources. Both come through the Webmercs connection in Integration Hub, which a Workspace Administrator sets up.
The campaign catalogue
- A Workspace Administrator picks the webshop campaign in Integration Hub. Its products appear under From a connected catalogue with the badge Webshop.
- Flexshop keeps a copy, synced every hour and on Refresh now; only the first 10,000 products.
- A price can follow the webshop only when it is in DKK. A product is No longer orderable after it is missing from two syncs in a row.
- Pictures are shown only when the webshop's picture is public.
See The Webmercs catalogue on the Storefront.
Bought before
- Products your company has ordered at Webmercs before, read from the order history: the newest 10,000 orders within the last 24 months, synced once a day.
- They carry the badge Bought before and "Last ordered {date}". "Last paid {date}, over a year ago" flags old prices.
- A Bought before product opens pinned at the last paid price, and shows no stock.
- A request with a Bought before item never passes an amount rule by auto-approval. When it is ordered, the admin may be asked to confirm the current price in the Webmercs shop first.
- It is switched on in Integration Hub ("Offer products bought before"). If the workspace has no campaign but has this on: "No webshop campaign is connected. Products bought before are offered."
When neither is connected
The shelf dialog says "No catalogue is connected. A Workspace Administrator picks a webshop campaign, or turns on products bought before, in Integration Hub." You can still add products by hand with Add it manually.
Nothing an administrator types in Flexshop is written back to Webmercs.
