My assets

What Flexshop knows you have: on its way, delivered, bought second-hand and sent back.

My assets shows "What Flexshop knows you have: what was delivered to you, what you bought on the Marketplace, and what you have sent back. Asset Management will show the full picture once it is connected."

PictureMy assets shows only what Flexshop itself knows. Sending something back announces it; the shop confirms when it arrives.

The sections

On its way to youOrdered requests, each with Confirm that it arrived.
What you can send backWhat was delivered to you through Flexshop: "Delivered {date}", Left to send back, What it cost, and Send this back.
Bought on the MarketplaceSecond-hand devices you bought yourself, "Bought {date}".
Send back something elseA box for anything Flexshop does not know about: "What are you sending back?"
What you have sent backYour returns and where they are: On its way to the shop, With the shop, or You did not send this.

What it does not show

  • Equipment you got before Flexshop, or outside it, unless you send it back with Send back something else.
  • Anything from Asset Management. The connection is not available yet; see Asset Management: what is and is not connected.
  • The grade or the price the shop gave a device you sent back.

To send something back, see Send a device back. The old address of the Returns page in the portal now opens My assets.
