Status words and colours
Every status chip in both apps: requests, steps, vendor orders, tracking, returns, grades and roles.
Every status word Flexshop shows, with its colour. Colours: green (ok), amber (warning), rose (error), sky blue (information), sage, and grey (muted). On pills and tiles the colour is only the small square beside the word.

The employee sees only three return words: On its way to the shop, With the shop, and You did not send this.
Roles, budgets, stock and notifications
- Step roles: Auto-approve green, Supporter sage, Manager sky blue, Finance amber, Shop admin a lighter sage.
- Budget bars: sage under 75%, amber from 75%, rose when over.
- Stock on a card: in stock sage, out of stock amber, incoming grey.
- Notification audiences: Approvers sage, Requester sky blue, Shop admins amber.
- Vendor ordering card: Live, Live from the Order button, Not live yet, Off. HR Management: Connected or Not in use. Asset Management: Not available yet.
