Find your way around the employee portal
The masthead with Browse, Marketplace, My requests, My assets and Approvals, the basket button and the account menu.
The employee portal is where everyone shops, follows their requests and, when a step is theirs, approves. It has a white masthead across the top and no side menu.
The masthead

| Marketplace | Second-hand devices colleagues have handed back. See Buy second-hand on the Marketplace. |
| My requests | Your requests, newest first. The count shows how many are in progress; it turns amber while any waits for approval. See Follow your requests. |
| My assets | What Flexshop knows you have, and what you have sent back. See My assets. |
| Approvals | Only shown while something waits for your decision, with an amber count. See Decide a request in the portal. |
The basket button
On the right of the masthead is the basket button. It shows the total and the number of lines, and it is disabled while the basket is empty. Press it to open the drawer Your request. See Send a request.
The account menu
Your initials open the account menu: My profile, Account & security, Switch workspace, All apps and Sign out. On a narrow screen the account button shrinks to just your initials.
On a phone
The portal fits a phone without a separate app. The product pop-up opens as a sheet from the bottom of the screen on narrow screens.
Pages without a menu item
- A request page opens from View request on My requests.
- An approval page opens from a row under Approvals, or straight from the link in an approval email.
- An address that does not exist shows "Page not found" with Go to Browse.
