The Overview
What the four tiles, Waiting on a decision, Connected systems and Budget by group tell you.
The Overview is the console's first page. It shows what is waiting on you, how the budget year is going, and which systems Flexshop is connected to.
The four tiles
| Tile | What it counts |

| Waiting on you | Requests whose next step you can decide. The line below says how many are older than 3 days. |
| Oldest pending | How long the oldest pending request has waited, and its reference. |
| Spent this year | Approved spend in the current budget year, "of" the total allocated to groups with a limit. "No group has a limit" when none has. |
| Returns to grade | Returned devices that still need a grade, and the resale value sitting idle. |
Waiting on a decision
The oldest requests waiting on a decision, each with the role pill of the step it waits on and a coloured square for its age: amber at 3 days, rose from 4. Open opens the request in the decision drawer; Open the queue goes to Requests. See Decide a request in the console.
Connected systems
- Asset Management: "Included · Not available yet, so nothing is synced". See Asset Management: what is and is not connected.
- Webmercs: Live when approved requests are sent as orders, "The Order button sends approved requests as orders through Integration Hub" when only the master switch is on, or Off: "Approved requests are ordered by hand". See Webmercs vendor ordering: the two switches.
- HR Management: In use (Manager steps go to the line manager in the HR system) or Not in use (Manager steps go to the group approver).
Budget by group
One bar per budget group with a limit, "spent of annual". A bar is sage under 75%, amber from 75% and rose when the group is over. Going over is allowed; see Budgets and groups.
In the Danish console the rail item is called Oversigt and the page title Overblik. Both refer to this page.
