Delivery addresses and private addresses
Add the company addresses employees can choose, and decide whether they may give a private address.
The Delivery addresses card on Integrations holds "the company addresses employees can choose when they ask for something".
Add a company address
- On SETUPIntegrations, press Add an address on the Delivery addresses card.
- Fill in Name employees see (for example Head office, Aarhus), Company, Address, Address, second line, Postal code, City and Country code.
- Press Save address.
Edit and Remove sit on each address. A new workspace has no company addresses: "No company addresses yet."
Private addresses
The switch Employees may enter their own private address instead is on in a new workspace. With it on, employees can pick My private address in the request drawer and type it in. The approver sees only "Delivery: the employee's private address".
When delivery becomes required
While Allow vendor ordering is off, the delivery block in the request drawer is optional. When the master switch is on, every request must have a delivery address and a contact, because Webmercs needs them.
With vendor ordering on, no company address and private addresses switched off, every request an employee sends is refused. The card warns: "Vendor ordering is live, but employees have nowhere to deliver to: there is no company address and private addresses are not allowed." Employees see "Your workspace has no delivery address set up yet. Ask your Flexshop administrator."
